Maya Gantley is an environmental professional with over five and a half years of energy efficiency project and program management experience. Prior to joining 2050 Partners, Maya worked at the Association for Energy Affordability Inc. (AEA), where she provided both technical and program management support for new and existing buildings. During that time, Maya guided multifamily buildings through whole building retrofit projects by developing energy models, calculating energy savings, and creating detailed retrofit recommendations and specifications. Maya was also engaged in program management; she supported the launch of an affordable multifamily housing electrification program, a South Coast AQMD funded Program.
In addition to her project and program experience, Maya has extensive experience building energy models in CBECC and EnergyPro to help all-electric multifamily new construction projects meet and exceed CA T-24 energy requirements. Maya is a CABEC Residential CEA and GreenPoint Rater; she excels at providing envelope and system recommendations that support all-electric design goals, reducing carbon emissions, improving occupant comfort, and supporting a resilient future.
